This system is a simple air actuated with many advantages and design parametres including:
Air actuated piloted by park-brake.
Folds up and out of the way of people being struck accidentally (unlike all others that sit horizontally full length of fender).
Fits in with machines footprint.
Dozer can do all functions as normal.
It is resting on 4 rubber bumpers on the top half of the ladder and 4 on the rops support on lower ladder.
Does not hinder exiting cab when in the 'up' position.
Does not obstruct view of the side of the blade or any operational direction.
Kit form sent with a CD for install. Consists of:
- 3, weld pads to mount on fender

1 short harness from parkbrake to electric pilot valve
- Plug and play, rops unit complete mounted
- 24v compressor and air tank

(4 bolts -clamped)
- Bolt on rops lower staircase support (4 bolts)
- 6 hour install per unit
- Comes unit assembled
